The Directory is the annual publication consisting of CLTA's members including Regular Member Title Companies, Associate Member Title Companies and Affiliate Members. The Regular and Associate Membership is listed by County. This publication also includes each of CLTA's Committees.
The Summary of Legislation is the annual publication coving the legislative session. The Summary provides shorthand references to selected bills of interest to the title industry. The actual chaptered versions should always be reviewed for details, copies of which are available upon request from the CLTA. CLTA's Policy and Endorsement (P&E) Forms are a compilation of CLTA standard forms currently recommended for use by CLTA members. The P&E Forms and revisions reflect only material which has been formally adopted by the CLTA, and which is on file with the California Insurance Commissioner. The "Members Only" Manual is designed to provide CLTA Regular and Associate member title companies readily accessible suggestions for solutions to problems which frequently occur in their daily work of examining and insuring titles to California real property. It helps people who examine title: examiners, title officers, advisory title officers, and title counsel, to learn more about the range of topics affecting real property titles. This publication is available on CD ROM only. An annual revised CD ROM containing new, modified and withdrawn information will be furnished to each current paid subscriber. For companies interested in purchasing more than one CDROM, aggregate company discounts are available. The CLTA has decided to offer the Title Consumer and Title Reporter brochures/handouts electronically through this website only; therefore, the printed brochures will no longer be available for purchase. However, we stand behind your company's efforts in supplying your clients and consumers with outstanding brochures, and therefore offer the Title Consumers and Reporters electronically at no charge. This allows you, as a member company, to create your own brochure and/or flyers to distribute. The CLTA requires only that the following quote be included when reprinting (including an approximate date to determine whether or not a publication is the most current version):

The award-winning video, Insurance the American Dream, is an eight-minute video (available in VHS/DVD formats) specifically designed to begin bulding awareness of the title industry and to educate homebuyers and home sellers about the value and necessity of title insurance. This videotape marketing tool will help educatate: Consumers, Clients, Civic Groups, and New Employees on the role of title insurance in real estate transactions, the protection conferred by title insurance, hypothetical claims covered by title insurance and general statistical information about the title industry in California.
The CLTA's Claims Awareness Committee has compiled a Claims Awareness & Prevention Compendium of Claims Awareness Hot Sheet Articles. The over 200 page document is indexed by topic and cross referenced to create a valuable training tool.
