CLTA, State Debut Title Insurance Comparison Web Site

The California Insurance Commissioner's office and California Land Title Association said Tuesday a new Web site, TitleWizard, was launched to allow consumers to compare title insurance rates online.
Consumers will be able to compare rates on almost 100 title insurance companies in California via the Web site, which uses a software-generated system to deliver rates.
Homeowners and individuals looking to refinance their homes will be able to search by ZIP code and other factors to find the most competitive provider in their area.
The California Land Title Association is a non-profit corporation founded in 1907 that represents member title companies throughout the state.
