Members of CLTA fall into three categories: Regular and Associate members (below) and Affiliate Members.
- Regular membership consists of our California underwritten title companies, and title insurance companies which are licensed by the California Department of Insurance.
- Associate Membership consists of companies engaged in the title or title insurance business in a state, other than California, bordering on the Pacific Ocean or adjoining the State of California (current members are in Nevada and Hawaii).
- Affiliate Membership consists of real property attorneys, mortgage bankers, financial institution executives, data providers, contractors, consultants, and escrow agents. View Affiliate members.
