Online Application (for Title Marketing Representatives)
The Department of Insurance website accepting applications for Title Marketing Representative Certificates of Registration, available here, is now LIVE. Please keep in mind that in order to complete the application and submit it to the Department, applicants for a title marketing certificate of registration will need a valid credit card for payment.
Employment Notification (for Employers)
For employers of title marketing representatives, the Business Entity Service (BES), may be used to submit a notice of employment to the Department. The employer will need to use the ID number that is listed on the title marketing representative applicant's confirmation e-mail from the Department.
