To the Sponsors of CLTA’s 102nd Annual Convention
Important Opportunities… Don’t Miss Out!

The California Land Title Association’s 102nd Annual Convention is just around the corner and the CLTA staff would like to remind you of some important opportunities available to sponsors this year.
Brochures
As per our usual tradition, sponsors may provide a single page flyer or small brochure to be included in the on-site registrant packets. If you will be providing flyers, please ship a total of 150 flyers to the CLTA office no later than April 30th**.
Promotional Items
New to the CLTA Convention this year, the CLTA will be providing tote bags to each Convention registrant. Sponsors may provide a small promotional item for insertion into each CLTA bag. If you would like to participate, please provide 150 small items** to our office by April 30th. The CLTA will return any extra items after the Convention.

**Please let us know if you will be providing a flyer and/or small item by sending an email to Cynthia Groom <cg@clta.org> or Heather Starkey <hs@clta.org> so that we can plan accordingly. If sending a promotional item, please let us know what you will be sending, along with dimensions, so that we can determine in advance the proper bag size. Please send your reply by April 16th. If you have any questions at all, please contact us right away.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION: reminder
If you are planning to attend the Convention, and have not yet registered, please review the following:
1st - Register with the CLTA:
Register with the CLTA by April 16th to be eligible for the early-bird rate. Simply mail in your completed form along with your payment by check. Refer to the CLTA Registration Form for details, or visit www.clta.org under “Calendar” or contact CLTA staff at 916-444-2647 for more information.
2nd - Register with the Quail Lodge:
Make your resort accommodations by the April 16th cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate. Room reservations and cancellations must be made directly with the Quail Lodge. Refer to the Quail Lodge Room Reservation Form for details. Room block is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t delay in making your reservations!
