CDI Posts Forms and Filing Instructions for California Title Insurance Statistical Plan on its Website

The California Department of Insurance (CDI) posted the forms and filing instructions used to complete the California Title Insurance Statistical Plan on its website earlier today.
The CDI has also set-up an e-mail address and phone number for its Rate Specialist Bureau (RSB) in order to handle inquiries specifically relating to the Stat Plan. That information is available at the above-linked page.
Please note: CLTA has been advised that the e-mail address provided for contacting the RSB will be live in the next several days, and that the listed phone number – while operational – is subject to change. Companies are advised to check back to the CDI website if they encounter difficulties in contacting the CDI’s Rate Specialist Bureau by phone.
