Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) Developing Eletronic Recordation Delivery System
Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), based in Texas, contracted with a group of California’s county recorders known as the California Electronic Recording Transaction Network Authority (CeRTNA) to develop and support an electronic recording delivery system which will eventually be available in every county in California.
