CLTA Comments on Department of Insurance Proposed Title Insurance Statistical Plan Regulations

The CLTA recently submitted written comments to the California Department of Insurance in response to the modified text of the Proposed Title Insurance Statistical Plan Regulations.  The CLTA comments generally suggested changes to assure consistency and clarity in the regulations.
