Cuesta Title Closing
Cuesta Title, a title agency acquired in 2004 by Stewart Title of California, closed all of its offices effective Dec. 31.
Stewart Title Guaranty Co. will handle all of Cuesta Title’s existing escrows after the closure.
North Bay Title Company and Santa Cruz Title Company take the Stewart Title name effective January 2009.
