TSG Proposal Surfaces
A legislative proposal has surfaced to require trustees to make a list of liens and encumbrances available to prospective bidders at a foreclosure sale for a cost not to exceed $30. The proposal would hold title companies harmless for information provided to a trustee and passed on to third parties.
