Hearing Set Regarding Fidelity Purchasing LandAmerica Financial Group
A Hearing will be held on December 16, 2008 to discuss the Stock Purchase Agreement to sell LandAmerica Financial Group’s stock in Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.
