CLTA Filing New and Revised ALTA Forms
The CLTA Executive Committee approved the filing of 9 revised and 7 new ALTA Endorsements, along with a new ALTA Short Form Commitment, recently approved by the ALTA at the ALTA Annual Convention held in October. The CLTA has sent the filing request to the Department of Insurance and is waiting for official acceptance. The ALTA forms will have an effective date of 10-16-08.
