Update on CLTA Education Committee
The CLTA Education Committee has re-grouped and is looking forward to presenting educational webinars on current issues in the Fall of 2011 and Spring of 2012. The fall webinars will be on basic Fraud & Forgery issues, along with forgeries in Short Sales and an update on the recent change to the short sale law. The two spring 2012 webinars will be on the topic of Mechanics’ Lien and the recent changes to the Mechanics’ Lien Law.
The Committee also discussed creating webinars on the basics of title, and other beginner level subjects, to begin in Summer of 2012.
