CLTA Board Member David Windle Included in Small Business Review Panel
CLTA Board Member David Windle of Cal-Sierra Title was selected as one of four title industry members to participate in the Small Business Review Panel that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau held as part of its initiative to integrate the RESPA/TILA mortgage disclosure forms. Panel participants were asked to tell the CFPB how these new forms will impact closings and their businesses operations as well as cost structure.
