CLTA Files Revised Trustee's Sales Guarantee
The CLTA is filing a revised Guarantee Form 22 also known as the Trustee’s Sales Guarantee form. The revised form was recommended by the CLTA Forms & Practices Committee on March 3, 2011 and will hold a revision date of 03-03-11.
