Notice of Sale Revisions
Legislation has been introduced to require the notice of sale for residential real estate to contain language notifying potential bidders of specified risks involved in bidding on property at a trustee’s sale. Senate Bill 4 (Calderon) also requires a separate notice to homeowners informing them how to obtain information regarding any postponement of the sale.
