Online Notary Listing
The Secretary of State now provides a list of notaries public who hold active notary public commissions. The list can be downloaded and opened with any text editor or imported into a database for searching and sorting. The list is updated daily and includes: the notary public name; business name; business mailing address; filing county code (county where the notary’s oath and bond are on file); commission number; and commission expiration date.
