CLTA Updating California portion of ALTA’s Title Insurance Survey

The CLTA has been asked by the ALTA to update the California Title Insurance Regulatory Survey. The revision is expected to be done by October 1st. The ALTA Survey is a six-volume set covering title industry laws throughout the United States.
