Questions Remain on HUD-1
The Department of Housing and Urban Development delivered new guidance on Aug. 28 in an effort to help the industry implement the new Good Faith Estimate and HUD-1 Settlement Statement that go into effect Jan. 1, 2010 with the new RESPA final rule. Even with the addition of 50 new questions, questions remain.
