Commissioner Poizner Appoints Peter Conlin as Deputy Commissioner for Policy and Regulations
Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner appointed Peter Conlin deputy commissioner for policy and regulations and counsel, replacing outgoing Deputy Commissioner and Counsel to the Commissioner Bill Gausewitz. Mr. Gausewitz is leaving CDI to work as an attorney at Michelman & Robinson, LLP. Mr. Conlin has had a distinguished career with the Legislature and has worked as an attorney, representing insurance agents, brokers and the American Insurance Association.
