NAIC Looks at Agent Statistical Plan

Members of the NAIC Task Force have decided to move forward with plan to design a statistical plan for title agents. The Title Issues Task Force has not set any timeframe for its work. The group has completed work on a new state page for title underwriters. How the work of the NAIC may impact the recent California Statistical Plan is unclear at this point.
