Registration Information
1st - Register with the CLTA:
Register with the CLTA by April 29th to be eligible for the early-bird rate. Simply mail in your completed form along with your payment by check or fax over your credit card information. Refer to the CLTA Convention Registration Form for details, or visit www.clta.org under “Calendar” or contact CLTA staff at 916-444-2647 for more information.
2nd - Reserve Room with Four Seasons Aviara:
At this time, the Four Seasons Aviara is sold out of rooms. The CLTA has secured a $199 rate at the La Costa Resort and Spa, located less than 2 miles from the Four Seasons. If you would like to reserve a room at La Costa, please see the reservation link below. Also, the CLTA is keeping a waiting list, in the case cancellations are recieved and rooms open up at the Four Seasons. Let the CLTA know if you would like to place your name on the waiting list.
Room reservations and cancellations must be made directly with the Four Seasons Aviara or La Costs Resort.
