Registration Information
1st - Register with the CLTA:
Register with the CLTA by March 29, 2013 to be eligible for the early-bird rate. Simply register online with your credit card or use the PDF form to fax with your credit card information or mail your completed form along with your payment by check.

2nd - Reserve Accommodations:
At this time, the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay has notified us that a limited number of rooms have become available. Room reservations and cancellations must be made directly with the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay. To reserve your room, all reservations must be accompanied by a major credit card. All cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. A $15 per night resort fee and $35 nightly parking fee are not included in the above rate.
See below or refer to the enclosed Room Reservation Form for details. The room block is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until March 29th or until the group block is full, whichever comes first. Don’t delay in making your reservations...these rooms may sell out!
