This year’s Icebreaker Reception will take place outdoors on the beautiful Windsor Lawn. The Windsor Lawn was named after the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, who are rumored to have met at The Del. This expansive lawn overlooks the Pacific and provides the perfect place to enjoy sweeping front-row views of the Pacific Ocean while savoring light cuisine and refreshing beverages.
A great business program is planned for Monday morning, with expert speakers set to discuss “Best Practices”, privacy, and the latest CFPB rules, an in-depth look at the insurance regulatory process in California, an update from the ALTA on the industry at a national level, in addition to other topics relevant to today’s title industry. Enjoy a refreshing continental breakfast prior to the Business Program with service beginning at 8:00am.
Following the Business Program, CLTA’s 4th Annual CLTA-PAC shotgun Golf Tournament takes place on the Jack Daray-designed Coronado Municipal Golf Course, rated as one of the best public courses in the nation. The Adventuress is a gorgeous 60 foot Coast Guard certified custom built sailing catamaran. The yacht has a beautiful teak interior and spacious outdoor decks, and her wide beam makes her very stable and comfortable while at sea. The evening begins with an outdoor reception in the Garden Patio, before heading into the magnificent Crown Room to honor the CLTA’s outgoing and incoming Presidents. The evening’s festivities will include the 4th Annual CLTA-PAC Silent Auction, which will feature fine wines and other items, before concluding with dinner and entertainment.
